Lead Server The Black Dog Pub Martha's Vineyard, MA The Black Dog Pub is seeking an experienced and confident Lead Server to help launch our newest location on Martha's Vineyard. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading service on the floor while supporting a strong team. As a Lead Server, you will help set the standard for guest experience, support daily service execution, and assist in guiding and developing the front-of-house team from day one. The Black Dog Pub is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Bartender to help launch our newest location on Martha's Vineyard. This role is ideal for an experienced bartender who is confident in high-volume service, beverage execution, and leading by example behind the bar. As Lead Bartender, you will help establish bar operations, support training and development of the bar team, and ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service from opening day forward.
