The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We're looking for friendly, engaging, and energetic team members to join our front-of-house crew! What you'll do: Deliver warm, professional hospitality from greeting to goodbye Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming "remember your name" experience Engage with regulars and make first-timers feel like they've been coming for years Confidently guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and offer recommendations Work both the floor and bar as needed, providing seamless service in either role Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with accuracy, speed, and consistency Maintain a clean, organized section and/or bar while staying attentive and efficient Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, high-quality service every shift What We Will Give To You $6.75 an hour ($15•$25 an hour with tips) Amazing discounts in all of the Serenitee Restaurant Group locations Employee Referral Program awarding employees up to $100 for each referred employee who is hired Incredible growth opportunities, both financially and professionally A supportive team environment with high service standards A loyal base of regulars and a steady flow of new guests
