One that takes pride in providing attentive, friendly, and clean/sanitary service that ensures our guests feel valued and well taken care of, which contributes to guest loyalty. Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred. Compensation includes hourly plus tips.

Responsibilities Drink Preparation:

Mix both classic cocktails and signature drinks accurately while following recipes and maintaining a fast pace.

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide engaging, personalized recommendations.

Bar Maintenance:

Keep the bar area, glassware, and equipment spotless, sanitized, and compliant with health codes.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels of liquor, mixers, ice, and garnishes, and restock supplies as needed.

Payment Processing:

Operate POS systems, handle cash, and manage open tabs efficiently.

Legal Compliance:

Verify legal drinking age by checking IDs and actively monitor guests for over-intoxication to ensure safe service Skills Proven working experience as a bartender in a high volume setting Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
