Our bar program is built around thoughtful cocktails, a deep wine list, and the same level of hospitality and precision that defines the dining room. We are seeking a bartender with strong restaurant service experience who thrives in a hospitality-forward environment. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in high-end restaurants , understands the rhythm of dinner service, and approaches bartending as an extension of the dining experience. What We're Looking For Experience bartending in upscale or chef-driven restaurants Strong knowledge of classic and modern craft cocktails Comfortable working in a high-touch hospitality environment Ability to guide guests through cocktails, wine, and food pairings A collaborative mindset and strong communication with the service team Calm, organized presence during busy dinner services Passion for great ingredients, technique, and thoughtful hospitality Responsibilities Prepare classic and house cocktails with consistency and attention to detail Engage guests at the bar and support the dining room with beverage service Maintain a clean, organized bar and prep area Participate in bar prep, batching, garnish prep Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service Ideal Background 3+ years bartending experience in a restaurant setting Familiarity with craft cocktail techniques and classic builds Wine knowledge is a plus About Bernadette Bernadette is a French-inspired restaurant focused on seasonal cooking, thoughtful cocktails, and a strong wine program.
