We're a small, highly intentional dining room with a strong focus on hospitality, team culture, thoughtful food and beverage, and a wine-led guest experience.
We are currently hiring:
Bartenders Front Servers Hosts Please read before applying: Previous restaurant experience is required for all positions. Our restaurant is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly team-driven, so we are looking for candidates who are already comfortable working in a professional restaurant environment. We are primarily looking for long-term team members with consistent availability. At this time, we are not hiring for temporary summer-only roles. About the Role Our service team operates as one unit. While responsibilities may differ slightly day-to-day, all team members are expected to support the full guest experience, from greeting to reset. Front Servers lead the guest experience on the floor, guiding guests through the menu, pacing the meal, and managing the overall flow of service. Bartenders are responsible for cocktail execution, bar organization, guest interaction, beverage knowledge, and supporting overall service flow. This role requires strong multitasking skills, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work cleanly and efficiently during high-volume service. Back Servers support the floor through table maintenance, food running, resetting, polishing, stocking, and anticipating guest and team needs. This role is often a pathway into a Front Server position. Hosts are responsible for managing the door, greeting guests, handling reservations and waitlists, managing guest flow, answering phones, and supporting overall organization and communication throughout service. The work is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires constant awareness, multitasking, studying, and communication.
