Bartender Duties:

Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during banquets, events, and functions Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in compliance with safety and legal standards Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and service stations Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation as needed Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests or concerns Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during events Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bar and service areas

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food service preferred Strong guest service and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures Experience in banquet service, bartending, or restaurant operations is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and events Basic knowledge of food preparation and service techniques preferred Hotel or coffee service experience is a plus
