The Boathouse - Bartender

The Boathouse is looking for a skilled bartender to join our team for the summer season! The right person should be passionate about hospitality and great food and beverage done right! The Boathouse, a part of the Bean Restaurant Group family of restaurants, is one of the premier dining destinations on the Connecticut River. We offer flexible schedules and a fun work environment and look forward to hearing from you! Primary duties include but are not limited to: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner Follow established recipes, guidelines, and presentation standards Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service to build a loyal customer base Maintain knowledge of current drink menus and promotions Operate cash registers and handle money transactions accurately Stock and restock bar supplies as needed Keep the bar area clean, organized and well-stocked Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have two years experience Passion for food A team player with a hospitality first mentality and a keen willingness to learn Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
