The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience dining environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Operate the Aldelo POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Uphold high standards of hospitality while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, and beverage trends. Familiarity with Aldelo POS systems is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential.
