Server/Bartender

About Us:

Restaurant on the busy road of rt 20 in Sturbridge, Ma. We are currently looking to hire professional, experienced & team orientated Server/Bartender to join our team @ Gido's Brick Oven Pizza & Ice Cream. We offer far more than just brick-oven pizza and ice cream though! We offer dishes such as wing/ tenders with a variety of flavors, chicken & waffle cones, baked and fried seafood, baked pasta, smash burgers & many other fun items! We also have a full-service bar, boozy milkshakes/slushies, keno & an outdoor patio! The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving customers and be able to create unique and delicious drinks with ease. Responsibilities:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment. Ensure that all customers are of legal drinking age. Ensure that all drinks are served responsibly. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Provide excellent customer service. Imputing and serving customers food. Playing keno/lottery Ensuring that all safety and health regulations are followed. Greet and seat customers promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items and specials to guests. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of bartending is a plus but not required. Requirements:

Individual must have 1 year Serving/Bartending experience, reliable transportation, must be Tips Certified. Keno experience is a plus, but not a necessity.
