Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will craft drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be key in delivering memorable experiences at our full bar and dining areas. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol serving laws and policies. Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow in both bar and dining areas. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and calculating bills accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws.
