FLSA Category:

Non-exempt; Hourly We are seeking energetic and service-oriented bartenders to join our team. Bartending experience is required, but we are willing to train the right candidates. You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for providing our members' and their guests with great dining experiences. Bartenders must be willing and able to communicate courteously and politely with members daily as well as maintain a professional demeanor, work harmoniously with others, and strive to exceed member expectations.

This is a

NON-TIPPED

position as our club is a non-tipping club. Evening and weekend availability required. Uniforms, staff meals, and on-site parking are provided. Pay range is $20-$24/hour commensurate with experience .

Primary Responsibilities:

• Bartending shifts will be in both the Club's restaurant and on event bars
• Prepare and setup bar with particular attention to cleanliness and order
• Greet to members/guests promptly
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food and beverages (as applicable)
• Take and serve orders
• Polishing glassware and (re)stocking bars
• Prep or side work
• Use of POS system
• Additional responsibilities as directed

Required Skills:

• Must be 21 years of age and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to perform moderate physical work; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently, performing such activities as bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting.
• TIPS certification - Club will cover expenses if candidate does not have

Required Work Habits:

• Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness.

Working Conditions:

• Works primarily indoors and standing/walking for long periods.
• Benefit eligible if working at least 6 months, and at least 30 hours/week for 16 consecutive weeks.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
