Bartender Weathervane Tavern - 4.0 South Weymouth, MA Job Details Part-time | Seasonal | Full-time 17 hours ago Qualifications Venue beverage service Customer communication Guest relations Spirits experience Upselling TIPS Order entry Restaurant experience Full Job Description About the Role We are looking for dynamic, experienced individuals who are able to create a pleasant and memorable guest experience, while delivering quality food and beverage offerings and a high level of service. We are currently seeking candidates for permanent, part-time and full-time positions.
Requirements include:
➢ Prior experience bartender and serving at a high-volume facility. ➢ Current TIPS certification. ➢ Flexibility; working varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed. ➢ Commitment to customer satisfaction, with a positive and guest-focused attitude. ➢ Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. ➢ Extensive Food and Beverage(F&B)knowledge, with focus on wine and spirits offered at the facility Responsibilities include: ➢ Greeting and interacting with guests in a pleasant and professional manner, ➢ Entering orders in Point of Sale (POS)software. (Micros preferred) ➢ Following steps of service, with focus on guest experience. ➢ Making food and beverage recommendations, including wine pairings and specials. ➢ Upselling and promoting products.
