Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets or special events. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members alike. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for processing transactions accurately.
