Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and providing excellent service to our patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Operate Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, and keeping the bar stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety regulations and responsible serving guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Assist with banquet services or catering events as required, demonstrating flexibility in various settings such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold high standards of hospitality while demonstrating knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Experience with retail math concepts is advantageous.
