Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate the Aloha POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions and manage a cash register Skills
- Experience in the restaurant or food industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Proficient in basic math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
