- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate the POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety guidelines
- Experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus
