Responsibilities Assist bartenders and servers by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages promptly to maintain seamless service flow Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste efficiently Support food preparation tasks such as prepping garnishes or assembling simple menu items when needed Buss tables and clear used dishes to ensure a tidy environment for guests and staff Handle food handling duties following safety standards to ensure quality and hygiene Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure excellent customer service in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting Assist with catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring all items are prepared and presented professionally Experience Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related roles such as bussing, food preparation, or barback work is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing Experience working in nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, or catering environments demonstrates adaptability to fast-paced settings Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and providing excellent customer service Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards ensures compliance with health regulations Previous barista experience or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting diverse operational needs Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and valued.
