Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently and accurately. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold food handling standards and ensure compliance with health department regulations at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate bill splitting. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
