Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This position requires excellent hospitality skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving customers
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Skills:

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
• Knowledge of the food industry, including food handling procedures
• Proficient in time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
• TIPS (Training and Intervention Procedures for Servers) Certified
