Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and basic math calculations for accurate transactions. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible serving, especially in nightclub or banquet environments. Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during catering or banquet events. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or hospitality background highly preferred. Experience working in nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering environments is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency and accuracy. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is required. Demonstrated ability to perform retail math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty.
