Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems. Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Assist with serving food at bar or banquet settings when required, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery. Monitor guest behavior responsibly in nightclub or hospitality environments to uphold safety standards and promote a positive atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills. Basic math proficiency for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred; catering or brewing experience is a bonus.
