Job Description

Overview We recently launched a new restaurant concept in Cobb Island and are looking for an experienced Mixologist with a passion for exceptional service, food and drinks. In this role, you will be one of the faces of our restaurant, blending expert drink knowledge with outstanding guest service to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Whether crafting signature cocktails or delivering knowledgeable food service, your contributions will elevate every guest interaction. Full time availability required, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour. Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS system, efficiently managing multiple tables or bar stations. Provide attentive guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during high-volume hours while multitasking across beverage preparation, food delivery, and customer engagement. Skills & Experience Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Mixologist or a bartender in an upscale restaurant environment required. Familiarity with POS systems. Team first attitude, strong work ethic, dependable. Professional demeanor with both guests and coworkers. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and restaurant math for order accuracy. Experience working in fine dining establishments or catering settings is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation and food service. TIPS Certification preferred.

$3.63 per hour
