Food & Beverage Manager / General Manager Position Summary The Server / Bartender is responsible for delivering excellent guest service in the restaurant and bar areas. This role includes taking food and beverage orders, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience that aligns with Hilton brand standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Service Greet guests promptly and professionally Take accurate food and beverage orders Make menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Address guest concerns quickly and escalate when needed Bartending Duties Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine offerings Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service regulations Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service Food Service Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Ensure orders are correct and presented properly Check in with guests during their meal and clear tables as needed Operations & Cleanliness Set up and break down restaurant and bar areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system accurately Qualifications Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred Knowledge of food and beverage service standards Familiarity with POS systems (Hilton PEP or similar is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry trays (up to 25-30 lbs) Manual dexterity for handling glassware and bar tools
