Beer Farm Support (Bar back)

Love being outdoors? Don't mind staying busy? We're looking for a Bar Back / Beer Garden Support Crew member to help keep The Beer Farm at Homestead Gardens clean, stocked, and ready for a great time. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the beer flowing and the space looking its best. What You'll Do Keep the beer garden, bar, tables, and walkways clean and guest-ready Clean and restock restrooms throughout your shift Take out trash, recycling, and compost Stock ice, glassware, kegs, and bar supplies Jump in to support bartenders during busy times Help move tables, equipment, and supplies (yes, there's lifting involved) Assist guests with basic questions and keep things running smoothly Help with opening, closing, and event setup/breakdown Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service rules

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred. Experience in customer service or hospitality roles is advantageous.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to lift and move heavy kegs, cases, and other bar supplies. Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of beer types and bar equipment is beneficial. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
