Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a server, you will be responsible for accurately taking orders, maintaining the server station, and ensuring that guests receive outstanding service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with guests to provide personalized service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle food safely in accordance with health regulations and company policies. Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal requirements regarding alcohol service. Assist in promoting special events or menu items through effective sales techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or fine dining setting, is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
