Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our vibrant team at Bentztown!! The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and are looking to gain valuable experience in bartending and customer service. Responsibilities Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Stock the bar with necessary supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Skills Experience in a bar setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly within a dynamic setting.
