Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining an organized bar station Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, glassware, and utensils to uphold health standards Support food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit or assembling simple snacks for guests Buss tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a clean dining environment Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness in all areas including the kitchen, bar, and service stations in compliance with food handling regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, catering events, or hotels is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food handling standards Willingness to perform cleaning duties and assist with food preparation as needed Prior bartending or barista experience is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres and delivering top-notch service!
