Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and a lively atmosphere. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, will ensure our guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and beverages using POS systems such as TOAST Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards. Serve food promptly while maintaining a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and handling protocols. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately using POS systems. Provide attentive customer service by anticipating guest needs, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations. Maintain a clean and inviting environment by following sanitation standards for food safety and beverage service. Support lunch or dinner service, large outdoor events as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different hospitality settings. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential, bartending skills prefered, can train right candidate Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST enhances efficiency in order processing. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly while delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of the food industry including food handling, basic math for transactions, retail math for sales tracking, and cash handling procedures. Experience working in a bar/restaurant is a plus, showcasing versatility across various hospitality settings. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments with a focus on hospitality excellence. Food safety and understanding of alcohol serving regulations are preferred to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
