Bartender/Server

We are looking for a Bilingual Server / Bartender to join our family-owned local restaurant in Gaithersburg. The ideal candidate must speak English and Spanish , have a great attitude, be responsible, and have a passion for providing warm and genuine hospitality. We are looking for someone with positive energy, personality, and who truly enjoys talking with guests and creating a great customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a server and in customer service Bartending experience is not required, but willingness to learn is a must Ability to keep your station clean and organized Positive attitude and team mentality Punctual, professional, and dependable Takes pride in their work and ownership of their area

Part-Time Position:

25-35 hours per week Pay range: $17
