We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests, processing orders through Toast POS, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards. Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into Toast POS. Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions through Toast POS. Verify guest age and comply with all local and state alcohol service regulations. Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and menu offerings. Recommend beverages, promote specials, and upsell menu items when appropriate. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Complete opening, closing, inventory, and side work duties as assigned. Collaborate with servers, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred but not required. Experience using Toast POS is preferred. Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
