Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether mixing cocktails, managing orders with precision, or engaging with patrons, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively setting that celebrates the art of serving. Responsibilities Offer professional table service for members and guests and presents/processes tabs accurately Checking IDs, refusing service to minors or intoxicated patrons, and complying with all food/beverage safety regulations Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain a neat, clean and orderly bar/work station at all times. Restock bar inventory and supplies Responsible for timely and efficient service of food and beverage to members, families and guests Knowledge and understanding of menus Maintain a neat, clean appearance at all times including name tags and uniforms Use Members' and guests' names on a consistent basis and provide them with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere Handle Member and guest routine comments in a professional manner according to Club policies and refer any issues or concerns to management Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned Work as a contributing player to the team, with an open mind and positive attitude Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management promptly Ability to read and comprehend Banquet Event Order (BEO) pages Ability to carry trays, glassware and dishware Ability to fill and lift ice buckets Any other tasks assigned by a manager
