As one of the nation's premier waterfront wedding venues, we are seeking experienced, hospitality driven bartenders who are passionate about their craft and take pride in delivering exceptional service. This is more than pouring drinks. Our bartenders are an integral part of the guest experience, combining technical skill, professionalism, and genuine hospitality to create memorable moments for every guest we serve. If you have 2+ years of bartending experience , thrive in fast paced environments, and enjoy working with premium ingredients, signature cocktails, and upscale clientele, we would love to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency Create a welcoming and engaging experience for guests while maintaining a professional presence Educate and guide guests through our beverage offerings and signature cocktail selections Set up, stock, maintain, and break down event bars to Herrington standards Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar throughout service Monitor guest alcohol consumption and exercise sound judgment regarding responsible alcohol service Complete opening, closing, inventory, and event related procedures accurately Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless execution of weddings and special events Represent Herrington on the Bay's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and guest satisfaction What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of professional bartending experience Experience working in high volume, upscale restaurants, bars, hotels, wedding venues, or event environments Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and modern cocktail techniques Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to remain composed, organized, and efficient during busy service periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended event shifts Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions Why Herrington on the Bay?
