Bartender

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such asTOAST, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, responding quickly to requests for refills, additional items, or assistance Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing duties Clear tables efficiently, reset for new guests, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness including bussing tables and maintaining guest areas Experience Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Bartending Experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling and cashiering tasks Experience with Italian restaurants is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude Background in food industry roles such as serving, host/hostess duties, or bartending enhances your fit for this position Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
