Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently and accurately. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Handle cashing out guests with proper cash handling procedures, including retail math calculations for bills and tips. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards. Assist in setting up banquet or catering events when required, providing excellent service during large or special occasions like nightclubs or private functions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs professionally. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements; knowledge of brewing is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment like a nightclub or restaurant setting.
