Servers/Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring correct transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bar stations and dining spaces Ensure food safety standards are upheld through proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with setup and breakdown for special events like banquets or catering functions Engage with guests to promote menu items, upsell beverages, and enhance overall experience Monitor guest satisfaction levels continuously and address any concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments, including nightclub or banquet settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within a licensed environment; knowledge of brewing is a plus Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers seamlessly Familiarity with retail math concepts for sales promotion or upselling opportunities Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
