Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy using basic math skills and retail math principles Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to coordinate food and beverage delivery during busy service periods Uphold responsible serving practices by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to alcohol service regulations Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up bar stations and serving guests promptly Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightlife venues, or banquet settings is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, cash handling, and retail transactions accurately Experience working in hospitality environments such as nightclubs, catering events, or retail food service is preferred Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus for enhancing guest offerings Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality in a lively atmosphere!
