Full Job Description SUMMARY:

Our bartenders should be capable of offering a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere for customers and excel in customer service. Primary responsibilities include professionally & courteously serving all patrons while working as a team & ensuring quality control of all alcoholic beverages and upholding the restaurant values.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences Check identification to verify legal drinking age Maintain a clean and organized bar area Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations Follow all state liquor laws and prescribed procedures in serving liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests Break down the bar after the completion of functions, storing liquor, supplies and equipment. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Skills:

Bartending experience is not required, but highly recommended Must meet state law age requirements for bartending Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
