Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable individual to join our team as a Cashier/Bartender/Front Deck staff member. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly at the front deck, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing Take beverage orders from customers, prepare drinks efficiently, and serve responsibly in accordance with food safety standards Manage cash register transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front deck area, bar station, and serving spaces Assist with food service duties when needed, including food safety compliance and proper food handling procedures Support night club or banquet event operations by serving beverages and ensuring guest satisfaction Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Experience in food industry settings such as fine dining, catering, or retail math applications Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking between serving, cashiering, and front deck duties Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests promptly Previous experience in hospitality roles like bartending or nightclub service is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
