Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean, organized bar area that adheres to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for quick transactions, cash handling, and sales processing. Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and promoting a safe environment. Restock bar supplies promptly, track inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively. Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly. Qualifications Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and authentically. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions and retail math calculations.
