Bartender

Join our dynamic team at The Point Restaurant Group! We are on the lookout for experienced & enthusiastics bartenders to join us. We specialize in craft cocktails, brunch cocktails, local beers, and amazing food dishes. We offer 3 bars including an outdoor patio, main bar with live music & TVs for sports and a craft cocktail bar.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders

Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender a must
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and drink preparation
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
