Job Description
Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Bartender to work at our Poolside Bar during the summer. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable experience on the pool deck. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.
Essential Functions:
- Greet members with enthusiasm
- Accurately ring orders
- Make drinks according to recipe
- Serve food and drinks to members and guests on our pool deck and tables around the bar
- Keep tables, pool deck and server stations clean and tidy
- Ability to think on your feet and react to situations in a positive manner with tact, creativity, and integrity Make drinks according to recipe
- Work in a team environment
Requirements:
- 1 year of bartending experience
- Must be 21 years old
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
