Bartender

We're opening a brand-new tap house in Westminster, MD, featuring craft beer, whiskey, cocktails, and a small but high-quality food menu. We're currently building our opening team and are hiring Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality and teamwork. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with a great team, and helping create a welcoming guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Bartender Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

PAY & COMPENSATION

Bartenders:

$6-$10/hour + shared tips We use a team-based tip-sharing system to promote fairness and collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include: Preparing and serving high-quality food and drinks Providing friendly, attentive service to guests Working collaboratively with FOH and kitchen teams Maintaining clean, organized workstations Assisting teammates during busy shifts Upholding food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
