Salinity Restaurant Group is family owned local business located on Main Street in downtown Bar Harbor Maine. We are seeking experienced bartenders for Testa's Bar & Grill and The Loft Raw Bar & Seafood Grill. Both are seasonal establishments operating from April to October. Overview We are seeking Bartenders to join our restaurants . As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your bartending skills while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash handling, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices Experience Proven bartending experience is preferred. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Cash handling Experience in retail math is beneficial for managing sales effectively.
