Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Keep track of inventory Stay informed about drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol handling. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
