Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team as we reopen for the busy Summer season May 8th. Individuals must be 21+ years of age with previous bartending experience. We are a busy, fast paced restaurant and bar situated between two lakes and are the last stop before the south entrance to Baxter State Park. We offer a great experience for regulars, locals, and tourists alike who are in the area to enjoy the great outdoors. • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure accuracy in order taking and drink preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries
• Keep track of inventory, put product away and organized when delivered, and keep clean and organized workspaces.
• Execute drinks and cocktails for both bar guests as well as the ability to make drinks for server's guests.
• Willingness to do any and all responsibilities asked. ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Ability to learn our cocktail menu and execute with consistency.
• Mathematical skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset to promote menu items and increase revenue
• Previous bartending experience.
