As our Craft Bartender, you'll be the artist behind the bar, creating signature cocktails, engaging with guests, and setting the perfect vibe for a night to remember. This part-time year-round position would cover 2-3 shifts per week in our lobby restaurant, Oak Room, at the luxurious Rockport Harbor Hotel. Here's What You'll Do:

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

Master of Mixology:

Shake, stir, and pour expertly crafted cocktails, from classic favorites to innovative house creations.

Engage & Entertain:

Bring energy, charm, and personality to every interaction—our bar is more than just drinks; it's an experience!

Menu Innovator:

Collaborate on new cocktails, seasonal specials, and unique beverage pairings to keep things fresh and exciting.

Guest Experience Extraordinaire:

Read the room, anticipate needs, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable time.

Inventory Guru:

Keep track of stock, maintain a well-organized bar, and ensure every pour is precise and efficient.

Clean & Composed:

Maintain a spotless bar area, follow health and safety regulations, and present drinks with flawless execution.

Team Player:

Work seamlessly with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth operations and top-tier service.

POS & Money Management:

Accurately process orders through the Point of Sale system, handle cash and credit card transactions, manage your till, and ensure everything balances at the end of service. What we're looking for: A passionate bartender: With knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

Strong customer service skills:

Great drinks deserve great hospitality!

Creativity:

A strong willingness to experiment with new flavors and trends.

Ability to multitask:

Keeping a cool head in a fast-paced environment is critical.

Previous bartending experience is required:

Craft cocktail experience is a huge plus!
