Server/Bartender

Responsibilities Take and accurately relay guest orders for food and drinks using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Provide attentive and friendly customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Manage cash handling duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations throughout your shift. Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently during busy hours. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred; but we'll train the right candidate Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately; experience with cashiering is advantageous. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively restaurant atmosphere.
