Server/Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team at Hopside Brewery in Alpena. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing superior service to our guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. The Bartender/Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking food and drink orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This role combines bar service and table service, requiring strong multitasking and communication skills. Greeting and seating customers Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS ordering system Make menu items recommendations Communicate and understand food allergies or special nutritional needs Ensure accuracy of customer orders Make drinks and pour beer correctly Deliver food and beverages to customers Handle payments Performing/cleaning duties We offer employee discounts, sick time and flexible hours!
