Bartender/Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while preparing drinks and serving food items. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and local brewing options to enhance the menu offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Excellent cash handling skills; experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred. Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification may be required. Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus; ability to work in high-pressure environments is necessary. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for brewing or knowledge of craft beers is an advantage.
