Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties efficiently while adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food handling, serving, and catering events including banquets or nightclub functions Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service laws Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly demeanor Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy Experience with brewing or beverage preparation is a plus but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel special!
